First of all, I’m sorry I haven’t updated here.  I’m waiting on the ruling regarding the doctor Hollander and attorney Irving Johnson motion to dismiss my counter claims.  On my desk are the filings to be scanned.  I’ve just been so  busy.

It is VERY motivating to see the post about this litigation at Tameira Hollander, MD Accuses Blogger of Defamation via Weblink – Has Website Torn Down 

It is EXTREMELY important that everybody REPORTS doctors who have their patients sign away the right to tell others about their experiences.

I don’t want to find out at a doctor’s office that I have to relinquish my right to free speech and to warn others if I’m not happy with my doctor.  Of course I’ll ask about it when I make the appointment, but they might just lie about it.

And more important, only the PUBLICATION of the NAMES of doctors who require “gag contracts” will change this absurd requirement. 

The government, corporations and doctors know just about EVERYTHING about us.  Banks are allowed to report our financial information to the credit bureaus, but we aren’t allowed to discuss our doctors?  Doctors can actually run your credit report BEFORE treatment!

Can you require your bank to NOT disclose your payment history to anyone?  Of course not.

So please submit your report of doctors requiring you to waive your rights.

Incredibly, doctor Tameira Hollander’s malicious lawsuit could have killed me and maybe WILL kill me!

As I described in previous posts here, I became so distressed while working on my responses to doctor Tameira Hollander’s totally FALSE allegations (leaving me with only $250 income for two months while my site was shut down pursuant to the court order), I think I almost had a heart attack or stroke or “something.”   After I ate a LOT of cayenne pepper the pain in my arm went away.  It happened several times, every time when I was working on court filings and very upset about their lies.

So I’m very glad I had heard about the medicinal properties of cayenne pepper and I’m trying to post more about staying alive and healthy at http://trado.info/forums/survival-growing-food-building-off-the-grid-creating-communities/health-food

I’ve eaten almost a pound of cayenne pepper in the last 3 months, good thing I like HOT food.

However, while I’m convinced that one of the best ways to stay healthy is to stay away from doctors and hospitals, sooner or later, just about everybody will need medical care. 

I really need to make the time to report doctor Tameira Hollander to the medical board.

I sure hope that having critical comments removed from the web with false allegations is not an acceptable practice for any doctor.  I’ll greatly appreciate information about WHERE to file my complaint.

I just clicked on a couple ads for REPORTS on doctors for a fee.  I wonder whether those reports contain information about lawsuits filed by these doctors to have critical reviews removed and whether they include information about the doctors’ “terms” such as having to waive the right to post critical reviews.

My “rebuttal” to Mathew Hilton’s Ripoff Report complaint about me and Trado

“Matthew Hilton” informed me that he submitted his complaint about me at Ripoff Report.  So I had to write up my “rebuttal.”

My submission to Chilling Effects (EFF)

My websites are true gold mines.  Ran across my posting about Chilling Effects and they have a special section to submit Cease and Desist notices:

… In addition, we want your help. We are gathering a searchable database of Cease and Desist notices sent to Internet users like you. We invite you to input Cease and Desist letters that you’ve received into our database, to document the chill. We will respond by linking the legalese in the letters to FAQs that explain the allegations in plain English. …

Since I didn’t get the courtesy of a Cease and Desist notice, I submitted the TRO and complaint.  Hopefully they’ll post that.

My doctor Tameira Hollander Ripoff Report complaint

My “complaint” at RipOffReport http://ripoffreport.com/reports/0/411/RipOff0411812.htm:

I’m looking for an attorney to represent me, as my main website and blog were ordered removed by the Arapahoe (Colorado) district court.

Dr. Tameira Hollander sued me because I had posted a LINK to John Bailey’s website.  He is the husband of her former patient Barbara Bailey and he claimed that Dr. Hollander almost killed his wife.  To support his allegation, he had a number of webpages with extremely detailed information and documentation.

Mr. Bailey’s website was so convincing, I posted the LINK at my site with my comment:

“A great site and fantastic example of how everybody should DOCUMENT and PUBLICIZE their complaints!”

The Baileys immediately deleted their website when they were served, but I refused to remove all references to Dr. Hollander.  Dr. Hollander is apparently NOT capable of typing her own email address correctly and despite my requests for SPECIFIC allegedly libelous statements, she submitted none.

The allegations against me are entirely fabricated and despite my request for comments to Dr. Tameira Hollander’s attorneys and my repeated requests to provide ANY documentation to substantiate their allegations, I have received NOTHING.

They are monitoring my NEW blog about the litigation and to date they have NOT submitted notice of any incorrect statement.  Everything at my blog is ACCURATE.

I am posting all communications with Dr. Hollander’s attorneys, Irving Johnson and Lauren E. Dorweiler with Pryor Johnson Carney Karr Nixon, P.C. in Greenwood Village, CO at the new litigation blog.

They agreed to stipulate to extend my time to respond to the complaint to 2/12/09 and I hope to find an attorney not only to get the TRO vacated, but to LITIGATE the ISSUES:

1) Dr. Tameira Hollander’s PERJURY (she verified the FALSE allegations in the complaint under oath)

2) Their process server / Peeping Tom’s trespassing on my property and TERRORIZING me.  I decided to arm and defend myself against future intruders, but I still have nightmares and I’ll probably have to move or spend at least $20,000 on security.

3)  While I’m aware of the lawyers’ “privilege” to lie (the litigation privilege), I sure would like to see some repercussions against attorney Irving Johnson for  filing this harassment complaint, KNOWING that the allegations against me were false.

He wrote to me prior to serving me that he wanted me to remove Tameira Hollander’s name from my sites.  Posting someone’s NAME is NOT libel and neither are my TRUE statements.

Essentially, he conspired with Dr. Hollander to attempt to threaten, harass and abuse me until I agree to rewrite history and delete all references to Dr. Hollander from my sites.  Naming me in this lawsuit is pure malicious prosecution.

4) I also find it suspicious that the judge ordered the removal of my site without ANY evidence whatsoever. 

If this judge did nothing wrong, the RipoffReport site could be ordered removed too.   I think there’s at minimum the appearance of impropriety and I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the lawyer and the judge are friends. 

If they aren’t friends, WHY did the judge order my blog removed without any evidence of defamatory statements?

This order doesn’t pass the smell test and I think they expected me to cave in after being served like the Baileys .

Of course their strategy backfired, as you will notice if you search the web for “Tameira Hollander.”

If you want to send a message to  judges, lawyers, doctors, scammers and incompetent professionals of all sorts, PLEASE link to this RipoffReport from your sites and repost it at other free speech and complaint sites. 

I want to make this THE free speech case.

As my long time readers know, RipoffReport has been sued too and if CreditSuit.org wasn’t shut down by this ridiculous court order, you could read about it.

You CAN see that RipoffReport is alive and kicking and PREVAILED in numerous lawsuits.

I ought to contact RipoffReport owner Ed Magedson’s attorney, she might be interested in my case and she has lots of experience.
